Sometimes if the device isn't working properly, e.g. can't pair with any devices, noise / crack sounds, etc., resetting it to its factory settings and clearing its pairing history can help.

  1. Please clear / delect the pairing information on the Bluetooth list of your phone.
  2. Make sure the Apico is OFF.
  3. Press and hold MFB for about 10 seconds until the RED LED light turns on for 1 second then turns off.

Then your pairing history is cleared and the earbud will go into pairing mode automatically as soon as it is turned on.
