Leaf - Troubleshooting - Not working / Not recognized by my PS4

The Avantree DG50 Leaf is a Bluetooth Audio USB adapter. As long as your USB port can output audio, this adapter will work. So it works with any PC, Mac, PS4, Nintendo console, etc.

If you have any issues using the Leaf with your PS4, here are some common reasons -

1. The Leaf is not plugged into the PS4 properly

Please test with the USB extension cable OR remove the green rubber cover and make sure the USB is plugged in all the way. 

2. The PS4 system may need a reboot to recognize new USB devices

Please plug the Leaf into your PS4 then reboot it.

3. Earlier Leaf versions (before 16H) might have this issue

Please swivel the green rubber cover out of the way and check the lot number of your unit as below.

4. You have an 'outlier' device and need a replacement

Please try using your adapter with a PC or Mac and pair with your Bluetooth device (headphone, speaker). If it is working, then your Leaf should be fine. If it's not working at all, please contact us for some troubleshooting steps.
