Cyclone - Troubleshooting - Not pair/Not connect

Below reasons will be caused cannot pair or difficult to pair/connect -

  1. DO NOT set BOTH devices to PAIRING MODE correctly
  2. Your Bluetooth device or speaker paired/connected to other Bluetooth device when pair.
  3. Due to the Wireless environment interference, such as WIFI router.

Please turn off the other nearby Bluetooth devices, then please follow below steps to have a try:

Step 1. Reset the speaker -- Please press and hold 'Power' button & 'Multifunction' button for 1 second until LED indicator is off.

Step 2. Make sure that your speaker  is in pairing mode -- Press and hold the POWER button for 2–3 seconds until you hear a tone with “Bluetooth mode”, and the LED indicator flashes quickly.

Step 3. Active Bluetooth on your phone / tablet / PC and look for “ Avantree Cyclone” on the list of found devices, select it to connect.
