RMA - How to return product to Amazon?

  1. Login in your amazon account, find out the order record.

 

  1. Click “Return items” icon to submit a return request on amazon

 

 

  1. Choose the return reason, write down the condition of this product, then click “Continue”
  2. Finish the return request. Amz will provide you the return shipping label. And AMZ will make the refund directly to your amazon account.
