If you have difficulty pairing the Oasis Plus to your Bluetooth speakers / headphones, turn off your TV (if you're using the Oasis Plus with TV) and try the methods below to troubleshoot.
Step 1: Google "Brand Model Pairing Mode"
For example, if you have a Bose QC35, simply Google "Bose QC35 pairing mode."
Do this to DOUBLE CHECK that your device is actually in pairing mode. Most device's pairing mode is shown as LED flashing fast between BLUE/RED, as shown below. Once both your device and the Oasis Plus are BOTH in pairing mode, keep them close to each other, try to have them pair again.
Step 2: IF step 1 doesn't work, please Reset and Clear Pairing History
It is not uncommon for Bluetooth devices (include both the Oasis Plus and the device you're trying to pair it with) to be interfered by other devices nearby. This prevents the two devices that you're trying to pair from quickly pairing with each other.
If you suspect the situation to be caused by this, try resetting the devices you're trying to pair.
To reset the Oasis Plus, please refer to THIS ARTICLE.
To reset the device that you're trying to pair with Oasis Plus, please refer to that device's user manual.
Step 3: IF resetting still doesn't work, try to pair at a signal shielded place
If you simply cannot find the "interference" or "distraction" source, there is a little trick to help you to pair them up.
Bring the two devices you'd like to pair to your CAR, close the door, power both devices up (you can power up the Oasis Plus using your car) and try to pair them. Your car is a signal shielded space, hence random signals are less likely to "interfere" the pairing in there.
Once successfully paired, the Oasis Plus should auto-reconnect to your device every time both of them are turned on.
