1. The following environments can interfere with your radio signal reception and produce noise: hills, mountains, high-rise buildings, bridges, tunnels, highway overpasses, garages, lush jungles and storms. The noise level in your radio depends mainly on the environment and the weather conditions around.
2. Make sure you choose a vacant/quiet channel. The quieter the channel is, the more suitable it is as a channel for FM transmitter.
3. Ensure that the CK310 and the car radio are on the same frequency.
4. Plug the charging cable in to CK310 and other side into power source. (This will not only keep the battery full, but also the charging cable works as an additional antenna).
