The MOST common causes are:
Cause 1: HS134 did not enter PAIRING MODE.
Solution: Ensure the HS134 is in PAIRING MODE – LED will flash BLUE and RED alternately.
Cause 2: For Smart phone, tablet and PCs, it may not detect HS134 occasionally.
- Turn the Bluetooth off and then on again.
- Delete “Avantree HS134” from your device Bluetooth list and then try to pair / connect again.
Cause 3: HS134 may can’t pair with device for some reasons occasionally.
Solution: Clear the headphones pairing history and pair / connect again.
