1, If only under Bluetooth mode
> Please try plugging and unplugging the 3.5mm audio cable into the headphones 3.5mm audio port repeatedly.
> please try to reset and pair again. (make sure the cord did not plugged in the headphone)
2, If only under wired mode
> Please try to use with another 3.5mm audio cable
> Please try plugging and unplugging the 3.5mm audio cable into the headphones 3.5mm audio port repeatedly
