The bluetooth transmitter does NOT have internal battery. It does not need to be charged.
The bluetooth headphones AS9S comes with built-in battery and needs to be charged regularly. Please insert the USB cable from our a power outlet or working PC to its USB charging port. USB charging port is located next to the AUX port, under a flip cover. Please open it with your fingernail.
When you charge it, the LED light will turn red. After 3.5h, LED light will turn off, indicates the headphone is now fully charged.
'not charge' normally can be verified if you have BOTH below issues:
1) Press and hold the middle button for 5-10sec, no LED light change at all.
2) Try to charge the headphone but no red LED light
The normal causes are -

- Faulty USB charging cable
Please change another workable USB charging cable to see if it works. If it works, then we can conclude the not charging issue is caused by faulty the charging cable, pls contact us for a new cable replaced. If it still doesn't work, please move to the next option 2.
2. Faulty Power source
Please change another power source like PC USB port, socket, different USB charger(5V/500mA-2A). If it still doesn't work, please move to the next option 3.
3. Defective headphones
If still no red LED light when in charge, and when you press and hold the MFB button of the headphones for 2-5s, the headphones can't turn on, then the headphone might be defective.
