In Bluetooth Mode -
You can control the sound level by adjusting the volume wheel on the right side.
>> Rotate the volume wheel forward 
to volume up
>> Rotate the volume wheel backward 
to volume down
In Wired Mode -
The volume wheel, control buttons, built-in mic and detachable boom mic can NOT work in wired mode.
Please adjust sound level on your device directly.
