Jogger Plus - Troubleshooting - Can't pair / connect with my device


The MOST common causes are:

Cause 1: Jogger Plus did not enter PAIRING MODE.

Solution: Ensure the Jogger Plus is in PAIRING MODE – LED will flash BLUE and RED alternately.

Cause 2: For Smart phone, tablet and PCs, it may not detect Jogger Plus occasionally.


- Turn the Bluetooth off and then on again.
- Delete “Avantree Jogger Plus” from your device Bluetooth list and then try to pair / connect again.

Cause 3: Jogger Plus may can’t pair with device for some reasons occasionally.

Solution: Clear the headphones pairing history and pair / connect again.
