TWS115 - Troubleshooting - One side sound

Normally, the earbuds are set as connected with each other before delivery. But the LEFT earbuds may fail to reconnect to the RIGHT sometimes - indicating LED on the left earbud flashes WHITE rapidly. This may result in that sound only comes out from the Right earbud. In that case, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

Solution 1

  • Put two earbuds back into the charging case and take out again.

Solution 2

If solution 1 can't solve, please reset them and try again:
