TWS115 - Troubleshooting - Earbuds won't charge

Normally, when you put the earbuds into the charging case, they will power off automatically and commence charging - The LED indicators on the both earbuds will illuminate RED.

 If not, please check

Did you place the earbuds in the case incorrectly?

  1. Adjust the position of the earbuds. You will feel a click, like something snapped into the right place.
  2. Remove both earbuds and place them snugly back into the case. Try to remove and put inside for some more times.

Is the charging case out of battery?

The earbuds will not power off even after you put them in the charging case if the case is already out of battery.

Please charge the case if the earbuds will not power off even after you put them in the charging case. Charging the case will also charge the earbuds if the earbuds are inside the case.

If earbuds still won't charge after you eliminate the above two factors, please contact support@avantree.com for help.
