Sometimes the headset exhibit abnormal behavior, e.g. sound cutting in & out, very short range, static noise, can not enter pairing mode, etc., please do the following to reset it:
Make sure NB17 is powered on and not connected with any device. Press and hold and together for about 5s, until LED lights on BLUE and RED simultaneously for about 2s (looks PINK). Then it will enter pairing mode automatically.
